The Rennington Scarecrow Weekend

The Scarecrows...

Here are photographs of the many scarecrows that have graced Rennington on August bank holidays. All were made by the residents with a healthy level of competition - as can be seen from the impressive results. The Scarecrow weekend has been running for many years and the entire village contribute to a great weekend out. There's stalls and food on the village green (raising money to fund the village hall). The Horseshoes Inn and The Masons Arms open their doors to provide much needed refreshment and food on what is often a warm and sunny day.

Visit Rennington in August, it'll be a great weekend out for all.
